LIMITEDWARRANTY
Themanufacturer’swarrantytotheoriginalconsumerpurchaseris:Thisproductisfreefromdefectsin
materialsandworkmanshipforaperiodoftwo(2)yearsfromthedateofpurchasebytheoriginal
consumerpurchaser.Wewillrepairorreplace,atourdiscretion,partsfoundtobedefectivedueto
materialsorworkmanship.Thiswarrantyissubjecttothefollowinglimitationsandexclusions:
1)EngineWarranty Allenginesutilizedonourproductshaveaseparatewarrantyextendedto
thembytheindividualenginemanufacturer.Anyengineservicedifficultyis
theresponsibilityoftheenginemanufacturerandinnowayisSwisher
MowerCo.,Inc.oritsagentsresponsiblefortheenginewarranty.The
Briggs&StrattonEngineServiceHot-Lineis1-800-233-3723.The
TecumsehEngineServiceHot-Lineis1-800-558-5402.
2)CommercialUse Thewarrantyperiodforanyproductusedforcommercialorrentalislimited
toninety(90)daysfromthedateoforiginalpurchase.
3)Limitations Thiswarrantyappliesonlytoproductswhichhavebeenproperlyassembled,
adjusted,andoperatedinaccordancewiththeinstructionscontainedwithin
thismanual.ThiswarrantydoesnotapplytoanyproductofSwisherMower
Co.,Inc.,thathasbeensubjecttoalteration,misuse,abuse,improper
assemblyorinstallation,shippingdamage,ortonormalwearoftheproduct.
4)Exclusions Excludedfromthiswarrantyarenormalwear,normaladjustments,and
normalmaintenance.Thepump,valveandcylindereachcarryseparate
manufacture’swarranties.Thevalveandcylinderbothcarryaone(1)year
limitedwarranty.Thepumpcarriesatwo(2)yearlimitedwarranty.
Intheeventyouhavea claimunderthiswarranty,youmustreturntheproducttoanauthorizedservi
ce
dealer.Alltransportation charges,damage,orlossincurredduringtransportationofpartssubmittedfor
replacementorrepairunderthiswarrantyshallbebornebythepurchaser.Shouldyouhaveanyquestions
concerningthiswarranty,pleasecontactustoll-freeat1-800-222-
8183.Themodelnumber,serialnumber,
dateofpurchase,andthenameoftheauthorizedSwisherdealerfromwhomyoupurchasedthemowerwill
beneededbeforeanywarrantyclaimcanbeprocessed.
THISWARRANTYDOESNOTAPPLYTO
ANYINCIDENTALORCONSEQUENTIALDAMAGES
AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE SAME TIME PERIODS STATED
HEREIN FOR ALL EXPRESSED WARRANTIES. Some states do not allow the limitation of
consequentialdamagesorlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwar
rantymaylast,sotheabovelimitations
orexclusionsmaynotapplytoyou.Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrightsandyoumayhaveother
rights,whichvaryfromstate-to-state.ThisisalimitedwarrantyasdefinedbytheMagnuson-
MossActof
1975.
